Gov­er­nors Island Arts’ Orga­ni­za­tions in Res­i­dence

In 2025 as one of the Gov­er­nors Island Arts' Organizations in Residence, we hosted ​“Scratch Pad,” a new ver­sion of our "Studio Weeks" devel­op­ment pro­gram which sup­ports artists devel­op­ing their own mate­r­i­al. This res­i­den­cy pro­gram brought together our New York net­work of cre­atives in a sin­gle hub, creating a rich peri­od of devel­op­ment across our 2025 pro­gram­ming season.

During our time on the island we hosted performances, writers residencies, retreats, new work developments and parties, partnering with other theater companies in New York to share space, resources and strengthen community.
