Hayley Sherwood is a California-born, NYC-based theatre artist, whose work focuses on returning the art of theatre back to the people. This belief has led her to many roles.

She is currently the Program Manager for CO/LAB Theater Group, a non-profit dedicated to providing individuals with developmental disabilities a creative and social outlet through theater arts. For the past 4 years, she has produced COMMUNITY WORKS, a community-engaged theatre program at Williamstown Theatre Festival that casts local residents (most of whom are first-time actors between the ages of 5 and 95) in a giant, new, professional musical that is performed for thousands of Berkshires residents.

Additionally, she is a teaching artist with Opening Act, a member of the Middle Voice, a company in residence at Rattlestick Playwright's Theater, and a Story Pirate!

She holds her BFA in Theatre Arts from Boston University and her MA in Educational Theatre for Colleges and Communities from NYU.
